Avon Products, Inc. has announced  sexy rockstar, Jon Bon Jovi, will be the face of their new fragrance – Unplugged.

Back in the 90s Jon Bon Jovi was a Rock n Roll bad boy. Years have gone by and from the troublemaker star became a sexy iconic singer, who was also involved in many charity activities. At the age of 50, Bon Jovi was chosen by Avon Products to lead their concert-inspired new fragrance. The new scent – Unplugged – tries to "capture the one of a kind feeling you experience while listening to your favorite song”.

Avon’s new Unplugged fragrance will have two scents – one for him and one for her. Unplugged for Her is a floral oriental scent, and Unplugged for Him is a woody floral musk scent.

"Avon and the Avon Foundation for Women, have given support and a voice to those in need for decades”, says Jon Bon Jovi. "Their philosophy of empowerment sends a strong message and I'm pleased to partner with them”.

According to Lily DeStefano, Vice President of Avon North America Beauty, collaborating with the rockstar was very natural. "His music and philanthropic work celebrate independence and optimism, two beautiful qualities that radiate from within”, she told Yahoo. "The 'Unplugged' scents evoke an emotional connection – something Bon Jovi inspires audiences around the world”.

The two Unplugged fragrances will be released this Fall. The women’s version will be launched in October 2012 and the men’s one will be released a month later. With Bon Jovi on huge billboards and magazines and a new scent that allows us to dream we are in the middle of a rock concert, it is not wild to say this is going to be a magnificent Fall. Whether this romantic season would smell like a bed of roses? Well, we will have to wait and see…
